How it works

A traveller has room in their luggage, you have a package to send. Two codes and a payment kept until delivery take care of the rest.

For travellers

  1. Publish your trip

Enter your cities, your date, the kilos you offer and your price per kilo.

  2. Verify your identity

Our payment partner verifies your identity, then you add, with them, the bank account you will be paid into. After that, your listing can be booked, from 75 days before your departure.

  3. Collect the package

At the meeting, check the package and enter the hand-over code the sender gives you.

  4. Deliver on arrival

Hand the package to the recipient and enter the delivery code they give you.

  5. Receive your payment

It leaves 48 hours after delivery, or as soon as the sender confirms receipt, if no problem is open. It reaches your bank account within a few working days; the first one can take a little longer. Before your first payout, we also ask for your tax details.

SendGo Protection

It protects your payment, not the contents of the package.

  • You pay, the traveller is paid after delivery.Your payment is kept by our payment partner until then.
  • The recipient's code confirms the delivery.Without this code, nothing is paid to the traveller.
  • 48 hours to check.A problem? Report it: the payout to the traveller waits during the review.
  • Package not delivered: you are refunded. The price paid, SendGo Protection included.

What is not covered
