How it works

A traveller has room in their luggage, you have a package to send. Two codes and a payment kept until delivery take care of the rest.

For senders

  1. Find a traveller

Search for your route, for example Paris → Dakar. Each listing shows the date, the free kilos and the total price.

  2. Book and pay

Choose your kilos and pay by card. Your payment is kept by our payment partner until delivery.

  3. Hand over the package

Meet the traveller at the place agreed in the messaging. Give them your hand-over code: the shipment starts.

  4. Your recipient gives their code

On arrival, they give their delivery code to the traveller. This code is what confirms the delivery.

  5. The traveller gets paid

Their payout leaves 48 hours after delivery, or as soon as you confirm receipt.

SendGo Protection

It protects your payment, not the contents of the package.
